Robby Cole

Robby Cole is a residential Loan Originator and consultant to First Time Home Buyers, Accountants, Attorneys, Bankers, Builders, Financial Planners, Real Estate Investors and Real Estate Agents. Robby has an Economics Degree from the University of Georgia and is currently one of Arkansas’ only two Military Mortgage Specialists. He is licensed through the NMLS and State of Arkansas Securities Department as a Mortgage Loan Officer, is a guest speaker at real estate schools and industry association meetings and was certified through the National Association of Mortgage Broker’s as a General Mortgage Associate.

When Robby is not hard at work helping people finance their next dream home, he lives in Little Rock with his wife Catherine and their children, Trey, AnnMarie and twins, Addison and Charlie Belle. He is active in his church, past Chair of Greater Little Rock Chamber of Commerce Pinnacle Group, vendor liaison for National Association of National Association of Residential Property Managers, affiliate to Little Rock Realtors Association, North Pulaski Board of Realtors and Hot Springs Village Board of Realtors. In addition to involvement in the community, Robby values the work of his team as a critical key to his success.

In 2020, Robby was the recipient of Benchmark Mortgage’s Dynamic Core Value award, given among all employee’s across the U.S.

Robby was asked what motivates him to do business the way he does. “I try daily to NOT make my business about a transaction or about volume. I understand that helping a family plan the right mortgage helps determine where their children lay their heads, make friends and memories, and dream dreams.
